1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Full Digital Consulting Systems LLC(“FDCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with:
- Our marketing website at fulldigitalconsultingsystems.com
- The Athena AI-GOS™ software platform at app.fulldigitalconsultingsystems.com (the “Service”)
- Related sales, demo, support, partnership, and Microsoft Partner Marketplace listings
Athena AI-GOS™ is an enterprise AI governance operating system. We process limited account and operational data needed to deliver the Service to customer organizations.
2. Scope and roles
Website and marketing. When you visit our website, request a demo, or contact us, FDCS is the controller of that personal information.
Customer use of Athena AI-GOS™.When a customer organization uses the Service, that organization typically determines what organizational content is entered (for example assessment responses, evidence descriptions, and governance artifacts). In that case, we process such content as a processor / service provider on the customer's instructions, subject to our agreement with that customer.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Account and identity data — name, work email, organization name, role or job title, password credentials (stored hashed), and Microsoft Entra / Microsoft account identifiers when SSO is enabled.
- Business contact data — email, phone number, and message content when you contact sales, request a demo, or inquire about partnerships.
- Service usage and operational data — login timestamps, feature usage, assessment metadata, audit logs, billing/subscription status, and diagnostic telemetry needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Customer content — information customers voluntarily enter into the Service (for example governance assessments, control evidence notes, action plans, and uploaded or pasted inquiry materials).
- Technical data — IP address, browser/device type, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar technologies, and referral URLs on our websites.
- Payment-related data — billing contact details and subscription status. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe); we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
4. How we use information
- Provide, authenticate, host, maintain, and support the Service
- Create and administer tenant accounts, roles, and access controls
- Respond to sales, demo, support, and partnership inquiries
- Process subscriptions and send transactional notices
- Monitor security, prevent abuse, and maintain audit trails
- Improve reliability, performance, and product features
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
- Communicate product updates or service notices where permitted by law
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where data-protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and securing an enterprise SaaS product; consent where required (for example certain marketing cookies or optional communications); and compliance with legal obligations.
7. International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Service, to meet legal, tax, accounting, and audit requirements, and to resolve disputes. When a customer contract ends, we follow the retention and deletion terms in that agreement (or our standard operational practices if no specific term applies).
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, hashed credentials, tenant isolation controls, and logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; customers remain responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for configuring access within their tenant appropriately.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Customer-end users should typically contact their organization's administrator first for account changes inside the Service.
To exercise privacy rights directly with us, email info1@fulldigitalconsultingsystems.com or info1@fulldigitalconsultingsystems.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
12. Children
The Service and marketing site are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
